REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS
GALLATIN COUNTY VOTING BALLOTS
Requests for sealed bids from companies to print and deliver election ballots for Gallatin County Montana, will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Gallatin County, in the Clerk and Recorders office in the County Courthouse, 311 West Main Street, Room 203, Bozeman, Montana 59715 until 4:00 P.M. local time on Monday, January 22, 2024. Offers will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 during the scheduled Public Meeting of the County Commissioners. Submittals received after the stipulated time shall be returned unopened.
The work generally consists of:
Printing of official election ballots for the years 2024 and 2025.
