CARNIVAL CONCESSION OPERATORS
Requests for sealed proposals from vendors to provide carnival concession operators for the Big Sky Country State Fair in Bozeman will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Gallatin County, in the Clerk and Recorders office in the County Courthouse, 311 West Main Street, Room 203, Bozeman, Montana 59715 until 4:00 P.M. local time on Monday, March 4, 2024. Offers will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 during the scheduled Public Meeting of the County Commissioners. Proposals received after the stipulated time shall be returned unopened.
The work generally consists of:
Carnival concession operators to provide the carnival operations for the annual 5-day Big Sky Country State Fair in Bozeman, Montana, occurring the third Wednesday every July, for a contract period of three (3) years.
