REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS
GALLATIN COUNTY JANITORIAL SERVICES – SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Requests for sealed bids from companies to provide after-hours janitorial services at the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office, 677 Laura Louise Lane, Bozeman, Montana, will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Gallatin County, in the Clerk and Recorders office in the County Courthouse, 311 West Main Street, Room 203, Bozeman, Montana 59715 until 4:30 P.M. local time on Monday, March 4, 2024. Offers will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 during the scheduled Public Meeting of the County Commissioners. Submittals received after the stipulated time shall be returned unopened.
The work generally consists of:
Providing after hours janitorial services for approximately 9,000 square feet at the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office. If needed, a pre-bid building walk through can be provided but must be scheduled and completed prior to January 29, 2024.
