Greater Triangle Area Transportation Plan

Gallatin County has initiated a transportation planning process focusing on the greater triangle area generally between Four Corners, Belgrade, and Bozeman extending south to Gallatin Gateway. It includes the areas of Gallatin County where development is likely to occur in the future.

The plan is intended to integrate with the planning efforts of the cities of Bozeman and Belgrade but is focused on the areas outside of these communities. The planning process will assist the County, as well as the local communities, in guiding transportation infrastructure investments based on system needs and anticipated developments over the next 20 years.

Gallatin County is hosting an online open house to provide information about the Greater Triangle Area Transportation Plan, share preliminary findings, collect feedback, and identify community goals and objectives.

Due to health and safety concerns, the open house is being hosted virtually on the plan website. The open house includes a variety of engagement opportunities including a visioning exercise, public priorities survey, and interactive commenting map. The open house will be active until June 15, 2021.
