Open House in Big Sky to Discuss Lone Mountain Trail Improvement Project

Community members in Big Sky are welcome to attend an open house informational meeting about improvements to Lone Mountain Trail (MT-64). The meeting will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Big Sky Medical Center Community Use Room.

This meeting will begin with a brief presentation with a Q&A period. Concept designs will also be available for review of the project area.

A construction schedule overview will be discussed. Other items to be discussed include:

- Left turn lanes at key intersections
- Safety enhancements along the corridor
- Pedestrian tunnel at Lone Mountain Trail and Little Coyote Road
- Pedestrian bridge off Little Coyote Road to Community Park
- Trail enhancements
