Due to COVID-19 exposure, the Clerk of District Court's Office will be temporarily closed.

Please use the drop box for filing. You may also email documents for filing to GallatinCountyDCFilings@mt.gov.

You can email records and information requests to GallatinCountyRecordsRequests@mt.gov.
