Register for Emergency Notifications

Gallatin County has launched the Community Notification System, an upgrade to our old mass notification system, which provides urgent information to our community.  When an emergency occurs where urgent information needs to be communicated to the public, government officials will create a message in the Community Notification System.  These messages are then distributed to registered members by a variety of methods such as a call to a landline or cell phone, text messages, email, TTY/TDD message, etc.  In addition to providing emergency information, registered members can also receive non-emergency information, if requested.

In order to receive emergency notifications from the Community Notification System, you must create an account in the system with your contact and location information.  You will also be able to specify the method of notification and identify any special needs.  You can stop receiving notifications at any time by removing your contact information.

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
