Fingerprinting is offered by appointment only through Schedulicity.

All individuals needing a specific type of fingerprint card need to bring the card at the time they are fingerprinted.
Fingerprint cards for all others are furnished by the facility.
The forms provided are the standard FD-258. We provide as many cards as needed for the flat service fee of $15.
The cost is payable by check, cash or credit card (c.c. payment has an extra $0.45 transaction fee).
