Coroner Basic Course 2024

The purpose of this course is to provide coroners and deputy coroners the basics of death investigation, determination of cause and manner of death, techniques for collection and identification of evidence and to understand the duties and laws related to the coroner in Montana.

There are 40 P.O.S.T. credit hours available for this course for coroners and deputy coroners.

Gallatin County Detention Center
605 S. 16th Ave., Bozeman, MT

Dates and Times:

The course will be broken into four days - May 9-12, from 8 AM to 5 PM each day.
