Notary for the Public

The Clerk of District Court's Office, located in the Law & Justice Center, can notarize documents for you for a fee of $2 each. There is no fee to notarize documents for filing in a District Court case where signatures are required to be notarized.   

 

You will need to bring your driver's license or state ID card as proof of identity along with the document to sign in front of the Notary.
