The Motor Vehicle Department is able to notarize vehicle-related documents only. They are located in the County Courthouse, Room 102.
The Planning Department has two people who can notarize documents for you. You will need to bring your driver's license or state ID card as proof of identity along with the document to sign in front of the Notary. There is no charge. Courthouse Room 208
The County Treasurer's office is open to the public for Notary services from 8 - 5. They are located in the County Courthouse, Room 210. There is a $5 charge.
The Clerk of District Court's Office located in the Law and Justice Center has two people who can notarize documents for you for a fee of $2.00. You will need to bring your driver's license or state ID card as proof of identity along with the document to sign in front of the Notary.
