This committee was create during the October 20, 2009 public hearing. It is a seven-member board comprised of the representatives listed above. Fourteen applications were received for this committee. In the Commissioner's weekly staff meeting, held 11/2/09, they reviewed the applications and made an executive decision to add to alternates to the board who would also provide input and comments at the committee meetings and may vote when the committee does not have a full-attended meeting. These alternates represent any one of the seats, depending on the
meeting's vacancy and will determine among themselves who will "sit" in a particular seat if only one seat is vacant during any meeting.
The first meeting is scheduled for November 24th at 7PM out at the Holcim-Trident Plant in the main office conference room.
The County Road Superintendent (or designee) and a member of Morrison-Maierle, Inc. who administers in the creation of RIDs shall attend, staff and/or help facilitate all meetings. As appropriate, the Finance Director (or designee) shall also attend meetings.
