a. Update from David Kack, Streamline
4. UTD Discussion
a. Legal question regarding if both the creation of a UTD (boundary) and the funding (# of mills) could be on the same ballot.
i. Answer is no, unless a UTD board is created first. Briefly the process is: 1) petition of 20% of registered electors of the proposed district, 2) County Commission hearing deciding to proceed with an election, 3) election to determine yes/no votes of those within the proposed district.
