Impact Fee Advisory Committee
This is a seven-member board, each serving two- year terms, consisting of one representative of the building industry, one certified public accountant, one certified engineer, one license realtor, a Planning Board representative and two citizen representatives.  This board was created per Senate Bill 185 on April 19, 2005.  It shall monitor and make recommendations to the County Commissioners related to the process of calculating, assessing and spending impact fees.
